Default LED rear running light

The wife was out around town yesterday and said she saw a bike simular to ours (an Ultra or EGC) with a very unique running light. She said is was on the back of the tourpak between the 2 corn lights and was single line of LED lights the were continually in motion, possibly light starting in the center then moving outward in both directions, then start all over again. She said it really looked nice and made the back end of the bike very visable.....has anyone heard of, or seen this kind of a running light?

The first question is, was the light flashing when the brakes were on or was it flashing all the time? There are a few modules out there that when hooked into an LED bar, cause it to flash for a few seconds and then stay on.
The problem with a red light flashing all the time is, this is unlawful in most jurisdictions since a vehicle with a constantly flashing red light is imitating an emergency vehicle.

see www.signaldynamics.com and www.comagination.com for modules that cause LED lights to flash.

Hey there,
I had one of the rotating LED bulbs on my Heritage...I liked it just because of the attention for the driver behind...A guy from work had one and was stopped because of it, so I took mine out...

Check out this site as well...http://customdynamics.com/
