I bought mine back in 81 and it's finally broken in real good. Now your saying I have to start all over????

I got 2 new ones last year, a 3/4 and FF modular.....now if I can just make myself wear one of them.

Modification to the helmet is not a good thing she wont have as much protection in the area where she cut it down and it may compromise the whole helmet depending on how much she cut 1 inch is standard protection

I only have 6 helmets. The oldest is less than 2 years old. I'm ready to go, just got to decide which one to wear today.

Trapskelly, I hope you explained to her that modifying the lid could be a fatal mistake if a impact occurs and took her to get a new better fitting helmet.

I have to wait until warmer weather to check ifthe helmet keeps the jiffy stand fron sinking into the tar.
