Phil, I'm actually quite disappointed in the HQ 107 build. My numbers after 44 pulls today are only 98.99/109.69. Even if I were running a 2 into 1, I would not have reached what HQ states on their website site of 115+/120+. My two Tuners don't think so either. They said if I put the Fatcat back on I would be around 108/116. Tuner stated that the pipes were killing me but I knew I would take a hit but not this big.
On the other hand...the bike runs hard and the tune is perfect.....I wanted the advertised numbers and additional power as 98.99/109.69 is lacking what I had in mind for my bike. I laid out some serious cash for this build.
Any ideas or comments?

I agree. That's not what it should be. My 98" tuned in better, with a PCIII.
I have not seen those pipes yet, but typically duals are better on the top - they are falling off in this case. Where it is happening is often caused by clutch slippage or running out feul (injector size, etc). The afr looks decent, so its "probably" not injectors.
Do you know for sure that they tuned timing as well as air/fuel?
If we can't figure this out, you may wanna call Kevin & get his input too.

CigarCritic--Are the same guys who tuned your bike the same guys who didn't know how to adjust a clutch???
Do yourself a favor and contact Kevin at HQ, then use the edit function to modify your earlier posts bitchin' about outcomes that are the result of your mechanic and tuner, notthe product.
Also, contact bigjohn1percenter as he has an HQ 107 that is very fast and has spoken to Kevin a good bit about getting the biked dialed in.
Frankly, if your tuner is mediocre, and he's out of answers as to why he can't get better numbers, you can expect him to say the package won't deliver the advertised numbers--he could do a 100 pulls, but not get it better if he isn't a good tuner.

Kevin has been contact...my post have been removed. Fatcat and dyno next week.
We will see what happens and I'll be looking for 110+/120+ as shown/told with a 2-1 pipe.
