Trunk Bag Extender is On
Spent 3 hours installing the Kuryakyn Tourpack extender this morning. What a pain in the a$$ on an Ultra. There is alot to disassemble, you have to remove everything from the pack. I also have the enhanced sound system with the amp under the tourpack. It went back together pretty easy, would have been quicker if I read the instructions first (DUH). The amp had to be remounted moving it 2" farther forward and I have to make a front mounting bracket so that it still mounts in 4 places. It does not interfear with the backrest as I feared, due to the fact that it sticks out from under the tourpac, and my wife is very happy with the new room that was gained. Beside it gave me a chance to clean under the seat and tourpack.
So if you want to do one with the enhanced sound system it will work, even though the fitment guide says that it wont. You just have to fab abit. Pictures to follow.

RE: Trunk Bag Extender is On
Yea, so do I. Got my reply from MOCO yesterday, wanted to know the production numbers for the Ultra's
"There were 26,502 Anniversary FLHTCUI models built for the 2003 Model Year. Out of this amount 16,271 were produced using the two-tone color scheme. The Gold Key package was sold as an accessory and did not come standard on these vehicles, so there is no information as to how many units have this package."
