Default Dual Trumpet Horn

I recently saw a pic of a bike (RKC I believe) with a dual trumpet horn installed where the OEM horn goes. As I was admiring my bike today I thought how cool it would look, kinda retro, kinda cool. But I can't recall who it was, what thread it was, etc... Anyone got the same setup and can add a pic and/or where a guy can pick one up? Thanks.

I've had not a single problem with either set. You lose a little punch with the protective cover on the front, but if you're on a trip and you'll be filling the trumpets with bugs, dirt and rain, it's worth the sacrifice.

Interesting that there are about 15 posts running currently on the air horn topic!

Howards Horns have worked well for me but I sure like the ones in this thread. That compressor cover is real cool.

My experience with the air horns are that the ones that have the compressor under the seat, are better because the trumpet part is lightweight and will not break the mounting system as easily as the ones that have the compressor self contained in the horn body. I have had two that had the compressor contained in the horn body and both vibrated the mounting bolt in half. Both times wewere on long trips way away from home. Both times had to take black electrical tape and tape horn up until I got home. Bldr

I added the cooling fan to mine, so I had to relocate the horn..
Here's the Rivco horns mounted on the crash bar.. compressor is in the lower glovebox
Nice and loud, but more of a Shrill sound than a bass truck sound
