Default new Rineharts True Duals

I getting ready to add these new Rinehart's True Duals to my '07 FLHRC, do I need to add a Fuel/Air programmer like the PCIII or the DTT-FIC to remap my bike or should I just take it to the dealer, I'm changing the pipes and air cleaner.

Yes, you'll need to change the AFR one way or another.
