With the AFRs out of range that much it seems that the system is not reading the O2 sensors. The value that you listed above (19.36) is what they heat up to when the key is energized. This shows that the 02's are working but the system is not registering, almost like it is not in closed loop operation.
Call Zippers in a few days and bug them to get it repaired. I would send them the 02 sensors as well so they have the complete setup that is causing problems.

Makes me wonder if the Software or Firmware update was Corrupted? When did they decide that the 07's did not need the IAC auto run on them?

When I purchased mine last summer the instructions had an additional sheet of paper in it saying "Do NOT run the auto-IAC procedure". That was v4.4 days...

I knowlast July when I installed mine I didn't get that litle slip of paper. I did the install per the instructions and it ran like crap. Called Zippers and they told me to re-do it all without running IAC, all has been well ever since.

It looks promising... I sent the unit in Fed-Ex to zippers yesterday, they looked at it, re-initialized it loaded a map and put it on a test bike, it worked... Randy was cool and said he didn't want to worry about the unit causing problems so he overnighted a new unit to me today, I should have it tomorrow.

I am pleased with Randy's support, I am having him confirm all steps once I receive the new unit to ensure I do not have any issues that could be caused by the T-Max...

So what are the odds that as I did a firmware upgrade my IAC unit went out???

Hmmmm...

Super quick turnaround, impressed by response and love next day air couriers... New module installed.. Problem still exists.....

Have no idea how to proceed.. I am at a TOTAL loss...

Going to install factory ECM and see if it does the same thing...

BTW - The bike starts / runs fine... Will idle at 990RPM ish... Small blip on throttle to 2K rpm goes back down to 990 ish.. blip over 3000 rpm and idle stays there...

IAC position is at 21, constant...

Your IAC should start around 50 and drop to around 33. If it is at 21, that is too low. You will need to adjust the IAC. It is a security screw on the bottom outside edge of the throttle body, this screw controls the butterfly

Thanks man.. I will be checking in to that.. It's really odd that this happened EXACTLY when I updated my firmware. I swear the bike ran fine right before I did this....

Behavior is worse with factory ECM... Idles at 3K RPM, no low idle at all.
