Mostly NONE cause its the best feeling! However...I have a Fulmer Trooper 1/2 that needs replaced from where some dang mice got into it and chewed it up / pissed all in it! That will really irritate ya!
I too have the full face for those cold weather days...but very rarely wear it anymore...wear a half helmet all the time...made by Vega...told they were the smallest DOT legal helmet on the market...and I must say...they're pretty darned tiny and weigh close to nothing and still have airvents...
I guess you can call mine a heavy 1/2 HJC CL series. really comfortable and has zip on ear flaps for my intercom system. I bought an aftermarket snap on retracable face shield for real cold days. Works great
I've been wearing an ACC carbon fiber non-DOT for the past 2 years. If they made the DOT in my size I would be wearing that one. But for now, I feel safe in this one since it fits me perfect.
Just curious as to what type helmet you guy's wear.
Unless my ears are really cold, I don't wear one. Those I've worn over the years (er, that would be *50* riding years) are so uncomfortable I don't bother with 'em.
I have Shoei full face, 3/4 with audio set -up, and a flip-up full face (with audio to be added), which I wear depending on what kind of trip I'm planning and whether my wife is along.
