Default ruined running lights

Tried washing out the fog on my running lights, they have been fogging soon after I got the bike. sprayed some windex into the lenses after I removed them and the reflective backing came off the backing material, any suggestions for better ones that dont fog?

its easy enough to just pop off the lenses and wipe them out with a cotton cloth...

Skratch these are the two auxilary lights on each side of the headlight, the lenses dont pop out they have to be cleaded through the bulb hole.

Please elaborate. I'm unfamiliar with the process of "cleading" lenses.
