Default SE clutch hard pull! I need a easier pull

I have a 103" HQ and...

I bought a SE clutch and I am tellin ya for town drivin the spring is way to stiff...I swaped out the SE spring and put the easy pull in and now the spring will not hold to the tq...some folks have put the older spring in, like for 03'...do you know of a clutch that sticks (or spring)but not so hard to pull? ...[:@]

Thanks Tim

Baker has a king kong clutch that is both strong and quite an easy pull. A bit pricey though. I have the SE, and seems to be getting easier as the miles go on her.

Hydraulic clutch might be the answer, just guessing, though.

I put in the S/E clutch spring on the left side, and the E/Z ramps on the right side............kept the clutch pull about the same as stock, but grabs as good as the S/E. No slipping at all here, and it was a quick and ez install.

If I am not mistaken, the 07's and up come with the EZ pull ramps as they have reduced effort. If you have gotten used to the nice soft pull of the 07 stock clutch, the waysto keep a pull that easy is a king kong(yep, overkill for your bike), the Primo Pro Clutch (I am running this, and again probably over kill but only around $400), or go with an AIM VPC which may actually reduce lever effort from stock and provide you with a good hook up.

You might also check the prices--have to download the price list--of the one Zipper's sells (find specific to 103): http://www.zippersperformance.com/ca...&prod=2102Use withSE spring.

I use the Müller Power Clutch in both of my bikes each of which have substantial performance work done to them. I am very happy with them and have had no issues to date. Good luck.
