They may have the same effect up under the wing!

Since I am a drummer why didn't I think of this?

Hmmmmm must be getting older!!

I think that upgrading the speakers in the batwing with a nice amp and then going to Corbin have them make me a seat with a couple of Aura Bass Shakers in it would be interesting

Put one in the passenger section for your girl and put the amp on switch...

My truck has a 12" sub in the center seat, it's basically a fiberglass box with very little padding and the factory leather cover over it... I wouldn't want to ride on it, but my GF does... She says it's cause she wants to sit next to me, but I know it's cause she likes the pulses of the bass from that sub.

Nice job. I'll have to keep them dash-mount tweeters in mind when I do mine. One thing about the pod, do you reach across with your left? or roll off the throttle everytime you want to tweak something? I was thinking a sat mount on the right wouldn't be as convenient as on the left.
I don't have to touch the iPod. It's in the windshield bag and is connected to the head unit via USB so plug it in and don't ever need to touch it. The head unit controls the iPod directly and I still have control of the head unit via handlebar controls since I installed the Biketronics Retro Radio kit which converts it to the stock harley controls. Saweet!

Its funny...

The audio system I just ordered for my ROADKING (nothing major... just 2 6.5" speakers and a AM/FM/CD) says for OPTIMUL RIDING ENJOYMENT TURN THE BASS DOWN ALL THE WAY AND THE TREBEL UP ALL THE WAY...

When your sitting just listening Turn the bass back up half and the trebel down half or leave it up...

I guess the bass just DISAPEARS on the bike...
