I have always used Simple Green to clean grips that were sticky. I've had ISO's on my 04 and had them on my 08 since last August and never had a problem.

put them on my UC back in Sept at the BBBQ in Fayetteville, AR and no porblem with them blackening my hands

Ive used them on bikes for 10 years and no problems very comfortable no issues with the rubber just wash the bike once in a while

Lightweight gloves and wash your hands once in a while.
