**Just got off the phone with Pat about a hour ago, long talk. Apologized for all the problems, thanked,me for hanging in as long as I have, etc,etc.
Was told I'm the oldest order outstanding. Wheels are in plating and should have a tracking number for shipment by Friday (give or take a few).
Thats all the info I have, just hanging in there and we'll see.

Ross, thank you for your time the other day on the phone, and thank you for your understanding. We fell behind on many orders, as many members have noted. We are working to get all orders caught up andincreasing inventory so we can get to the point where we only sell the items if they are in stock. Make to order wheels cause everyone heartache if we are behind schedule.

Thank you for your comment. Our retail business grew fast, but we weren't equipped for it. We had customer service issues, as I was trying to run the business and provide service. I have found out that I am not good at it! I tried to train people to take if over for me, but it did not work out.
Now, with the downturn in the economy, we can't afford to hire anyone to help. We are reducing our overhead, and trying to focus on our core products. Maybe we will do a better job that way.
We eventually come through in the end, butwe cause customers pain along theway. We apologize for that.
