I have had 1 Classic and am on my 2nd UC. While the classic was a fine bike, I like the UC better. Having the 3 lights in a triangle pattern makes getting rear ended at least somewhat less likely. The UC lowers work much better (especially the new ones that open up)than the vinyl ones that I added on the engine guards of the Classic. and since I ride with my wife and in groups quite often, I really like the intercom and CB. Another vote for soft lowers. The hard ones somehow don't fit visually.

 

I suppose we all defend what we ride. I would bet there are far more Classic riders that wish they had bought an Ultra rathar than the other way around.
Could be wrong tho.

Thankfullymy classic came with factory cruise (although I hear its not hard to install it).
