Nice day here in north Missouri. Finally got to get the bike out. I know warm weather the year round would be nice and I would take it in a heart beat but being a northerner does make that first ride of the spring so sweet. Hoping that we start getting some nicer weather. We deserve it. It has been a long lousy winter.

 

My first ride since mid November has to be at least 2 months away! We have had the worst winter in decades up here north of the boarder.
Enjoy tour riding and put on a couple of extra km's (miles) for us still locked into winter in the Great White North!

Yeah, thats 2 more times then me. Were are looking at about another month......We have to have one big rain after the last salt truck to clean off the roads, it snowed just this last weekend...

 

gonna be in the 70's and sunny tomorrow here in s. ark. think i'll ride to work. no more than three weeks with out a ride all winter . it's been tough.

 

Got to ride mine for the first time in 6 weeks yesterday. They were coming over to take the bike to the shop to mount up the new wheels and put the new fender on and there was no way I was going to load that bike without a least a quick run down the street. Got some funny looks from people driving by.

 

I feel for you guys even further to the north. I guess I shouldn't complain but for Missouri we have also had a big share of snow and cold. At least we have had days when it would warm up enough to melt one snow before the next one hit. Looks like for you guys it's just kept piling up all winter. Once you get a couple of weeks of warmer weather I'm sure the riding days won't be too far off. I probably am speaking way too early for me too. Here in Missouri the weather can change quick. It's way too early to think I'm gonna be riding everyday.
