RE: Roadking with Roadglide fairing...
Here is the link to the CL ad. I contacted the guy. He did the build himself. It's attached to the frame. If I were to do something like this I'd pop the gauges and install tweeters or something :O

I've never heard of that. Was it permanently mounted or quick detachable? Do you have any pictures. I am interested in how it would work also.

No expert but you will need front road glide harness plus all gauges, hookups more trouble than glides which already have gauges but can be done. Talked to dealer on new ultra to trade to road fairing wanted 3800 another one wanted 8000 quite a difference!

RE: Roadking with Roadglide fairing...
Different for sure.
If you are looking for a fixed fairing bike I'd suggest trading yours in on one. Despite the cost on converting to a full on usefull Road Glide fairing I'd imagine it would be no fun changing it over. IMO not worth it (coming from a Road Gide guy!)
If you like the looks of the E-Glide than there are several manufactures making detachable fairings. This route gives you options and the appearance of having two different bikes.
