I've had both the T-header and now the Fatcat...........and I can tell you the Fatcat is the all around better exhaust.
The T-header you have to buy the heatshields seperately, the quality is low, they blue very quickly, they are known for a low-end torque dip, but they do sound good.
The Fatcat comes with full coverage heatshields, quality is top-notch, excellent power and performance, and the sound is very racey and sounds great.

I have the Fat Cats and LOVE the sound and performance. I do however like the looks of the duals so i am in the process of installing the Fat cat ghost pipe. I'll post pictures when it's done. Oh yeah, I am running an 1550 SC heads, flatops with 10.5:1 compression, S&S .510 gear drive cams and HD race tuner and it runs like a scalded rat!

I can only comment on the thunderheaders , I have no experience with the fat cats.I would buy the thunderheaders again in a second. The sound is great and I can really feel the bike pull in 2nd and 3rd like never before. Oh ya did i say the sound is awesome.
