Default TMax with AT How did you route the wires

Sounds like a simple question...Howor where did you route the wire for your forward cylinder (O2 sensor). I could route it down the bottom of the left side frame, don't don't want to take a chance of bottoming out, and rubbing the wire. I am a bit paranoid of the wiring getting anywhere near the exhaust or cylinders. I could snake it though/near the battery then under the tank, but suspect the wire connects may be to thick for that.

What have all the rest of you done.

I suppose with the Auto tune connected, the bike will run so much cooler, maybe I won't run the risk of melting a wire.

I ran mine along the right side of the lower frame. Plenty of wire, and no problem with contacting anything hot.

Right side is where I put it also. I ran it with the rest of the cables that are down there using the same cir clips.

I did a t-max install for a friend, and I found the front o2 sensor wire to be way too short. It's barely long enough to reach the front pipe, and then you hae the wire visable after you do it.

My DTT system has plenty of extra wire, I can run it up under the gas tank, and still have about 6-8" of extra wire to tuck away.

Easily follows the right side downtube and rt. lower frame held in place with zipties. Put some dielectric grease in the connectors and ride it like you stole it.

Right side....tucked to the inside of the frame to avoid being pinched by lifts, etc.....plenty of wire for this route
