Default "Hoglite" anyone have this LED brake light

I've been looking around for a aux brake light that bolts to the bottom of a tour pak, came across this web site www.hoglite.com wondering if anyone has this light, looks to be a good way to add some brake light to the back of my bike, without changing everything over to one of the other LED set ups,any input? maybe something like this you are using?

thanks

Harley also makes rear lights/license plate bracket that works well. have installed several. Bolts right up, also add Kuryakn kit to add directionals to stop lights and flash rear lights to wake up cagers.

I have a single brakelight on my EG Classic, so I bought the HD converter (91699-99A very first accessory and well worth the $$) to make my turn signals function as brakelights and have added saddlebag (58606-99DH) and tourpak (53149-99DH) spoiler running/brake lights for additional rear visability. The "Back-Off" unit is for dual brakelights. Do the additional lights that I have added satisfy the the requirements for this unit or is it no good for me. Anything else out there? On the flip side I have always been in the habit of pumping my brakes 3 or 4 times just to get that same flashing effect. I simply squeeze the front brake lever quickly but without any pressure so that I don't lock up the front wheel. It's second nature now and I do it without thinking. Seems to work for me.

Well....... just a update on what I ended up going with, harley has the kit to turn your directionals into brake lights with red lenses, but no running lights

I asked about the license plate bolt on aux light kit,and he said HD just came out with a new version of the red lense brake/directional kit

The new version of this kit now it does brake lights/running lights/directional
with the red lense set up,they had just done this set up on a EG and took me out to shop to show it to me. I was surprised just how much brighter this set up looked having the running lights added in,I'm having one installed while they are mounting my new tourpak, detach 2up rack, and wiring the side lights on the pak

I like the kits from BikeTronics, and they are great people to deal with. TailStopper, TailRunner and TailBones.

FLHTPI04,

What is the Harley Davidson part number for the brake/directional/running light
kit you had installed on your bike?
Available at dealers now?
Is there a picture that I can look at?
I would like something like that when I take my tour pack off.

Thanks,
magnoliarunner

Try part 91698-02 - this kit requires bullet-style turn signals though.

I'm not sure what the part number is for the brake/running/directional kit is,I was told it had just came into the dealer, was basically the same as the former kit ,but had running lights built into it, plug and play, red lenses just replace the stock yellow lenses. I couldn't find it online @ hd under genuine hd parts on the web site, nor was it in the 06 wish book, dealer showed it to me in a new 06' supplement catalog, and it installed on a customers bike(first one they had done with this kit) looked sharp with the running lights. I'm heading back up to my dealer this coming saturday to see what the tour pak looks like mounted on my bike,I'll ask for the part number then.

Sorry, only now saw the date on the original post, but looks like Part number : 69461-06A if you still need it.
