I travel with mine in the tourpack. We went to Myrtle Beach and home, last year- 1300 miles. I don't think it will be a problem

I ride 40 miles to work from home, and I throw my laptop in the tourpak everyday and never had a problem. My softail doesn't vibrate/shake like your touring bikes do though. I did wrap a laptop in a T-Shirt once and Bungied it to a luggage Rack of a sportster - I really didn't expect it to work when I got home, but it worked fine. I program/fix computers for a living so I figured I'd just rebuild it if it didn't work when I got home. Working on computers is way easier (and cheaper) than working on bikes.

Bare bones saddle bag with no liner and I just throw my laptop in the saddle bag to ride to and from work along with my clothes for a 1 or 2 day trip Wrapped around it to keep it somewhat safe but nothing special. My backpack is to big to go in the saddlebag so I wear it empty then repack it when I get there. No issues with my Gateway at all.

Most newer laptops "park" or lock the hard drive when shutdown to protect it. Just make sure your laptop is really OFF and not in sleep or hibernation mode before packing it away. You should be fine.

Throw my Dell X300 into the tour pack (without case), plug it into Ride Time Technology (ridetimetechnology.com) tour pak accessory power plug for charging.

Still works as advertised.

sanaga. I would really cushion your laptop well, or better yet, don't take it. It sounds like you really don't need it. Besides with the road conditions in your country, you could better use the room for tire or bike emergency repair stuff. It's not like the US where there's Harley Dealers all over the place. Just my opinion.

I ride with my laptop all the time. It's either in my backback or in my buddy's tourpak.

As for your "bad roads", that sounds like the roads here in Maine right now. The winter up here has distroyed our roads.

Good luck, pack the laptop between some clothes and forget about it....it should be fine.

My Panasonic CF-28 Toughbook just lays in the bottom of my Tourpak.. but.. then it is a Toughbook.. virtually bulletproof... ( ..and there a a few cases where it actually was...)
