RE: Full MSRP on a Tourer in Denver??
With the gas prices and economy basically "sucking", anybody that pays MSRP for any bike is just giving their money away. \\; There are still some dealers out there that are still going to try and squeeze \\;every dollar out of you that they can. \\; \\; It used to be over msrp was standard. \\; Now msrp is the standard but make an offer and stick to it. \\; \\; I would never buy a bike at MSRP (during these times) and neither should you. \\; \\; I agree, 3000.00 below was unlikely as I believe it's about 2200.00 less of msrp for dealer cost so they aren't going to lose money. \\; \\; You should get at least 300.00 off msrp and that's if your panties \\;get bunched up and you just have to buy it.

It is not like this in Texas. \\; The ecconomy is still good. \\; People are feeling good and spending still around these parts. \\; The dealer here is sold out of sportster and is very thin on 08 models. My buddy just sold his used 2000 ultra classic for full asking price in 1 \\;day after he listed the bike on craigslist.
