I don't know if I should be upset or not but a buddy of mine told me to log on today and read some the posting in the bike of the month. I have to say that I'm a little irrated about some of the comments. That's fine but if you don't like the a bike keep the negative comment to yourself. I never say anything negative about anybody bike. I apologize about the rant but I needed to get that off my chest.

It amazes me how childish some can be on this forum and in life. I have lost my cool a few times on here and have since vowed not to respond to negative remarks. I hope I can do this as it has been real hard. I actually enjoy reading sometimes just to see who the idiot of the night is. If the remarks were directed at your bike they must be on crack. Not everyone needs to like the same thing but like Moma said... If you aint got nothing good to say, keep your dam mouth shut. But then again, if they did that... who would we laugh at?

I started on a Honda 750-----> XL1200----> FLSTN----> and now am on a RKC. Some people are just slow to admit that comfort is best. But also, some just ride back and forth from bar to bar so comfort is not a factor. But as stated, "if you aint got nothin good to say, don't speak!" I think some are jealous as well....Owning a bagger is proabaly what they really want, but are afraid to make the jump, because of friends or A-Holes on here. And some are just A-Holes, period. I couldn't be happier with my choice and a RKC is a damn fine looking bike whether loaded or stripped. SERENITY NOW
P.S. I will say that we need a RANT catagory.

There's a whole lot of more important things going on in the world people ought to get "a little irritated about" than what anyone says about what bike we ride. Jeez.

I own a HD Electraglide. Am I supposed to get upset if anyone says it's a POS? Screw 'em.

I also own a Goldwing. What about people who think I ought to be riding my Harley? SCREW 'EM.
