Amazing JetScream Plus

RE: Amazing JetScream Plus
If it works on the air going in, it must work on the air coming out to!
I'm wrapping the end of my pipes with some screen and a rubber band to increase the exhaust flow in a linear fashion. I'll test it with my super sensitive butt dyno and let you know what happens!

i'm not going to say good or bad, but i installed a Boyesen powerXwing in my roadie, figured what the hell, it was free, received it at the V-Twin expo. i can say i do fell a noticeable increase in torque in the 2000 to 3500 rpm range. i was surprised as well, but it is doing what they said it would !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just added this $69.00 gizmo to my SE air cleaner yesterday. This is no doubt the biggest bang for the buck I've come across in the never ending quest for MORE. I haven't had a chance to dyno it but the claimed 5-10% HP/Torque increase unquestionable. Throttle response is unreal. All this and the promise of better mileage. No, I'm not pimping for the company. Check it out. www.rf2inc.com

I am not saying this design and product works or not.
I will say this. Anytime you smooth, increase the speed and volume of air flow into the induction system of any motor, you increase both the amountand atomization of air and fuel into the combustionchamber creating a better burn and more power. It is a poven fact.
Look at why we went from carbs to EFI and gains power and mileage.
I kept this info. for just this reason.
"Constant, high pressure fuel forced through a tiny hole results in fuel atomization vastly superior to that of a carburetor. And since atomization is the first step in combustion, the better the fuel is atomized, the more evenly it is distributed in the cylinder, the more readily it vaporizes, and the easier it burns -- all of which translate into increased cylinder filling and better combustion. The bottom line is improved throttle response and increased torque".
We have a local guy who has drag raced Hd's for years and does quite well. He has been welding in splitters in the "Y" of the intake.
Look at the racers on the strip with the velosity stacks. Length can determine amount of torque gained and in what RPM range.
It's why people polish intakes, why SE puts a small ring on the backing plate around the venturi that is curved to smooth the flow, and why S&S puts a spear shape on the back side of there a/c cover. All these things are to smooth and direct air flow for better mixture andbetter performance! May not be much but it all adds up.
Think what ya want, but before you go bashing someone or a product, you better make sure you know what your talking about.
