Does anybody know if the baffle is attached to the billet end cap?? I recently bought an '03 FLHTCI with Vance & Hines Slash cut slip ons, and the end caps are tarnished. I want to take them out and polish them or have them powdercoated black. I have tried to get these out, but they are being stubborn. I have gotten them to move, but it sounds like the baffle is hooked to them. If someone can confirm, then I will feel better about tugging on them. Thanks.
