Default Tour pack spoiler with brake/ running light

I just installed the spoiler on the tour pack for my 06 FLHTCI, and added the side running lights kit.I just wanted to have some extra visibility since the EGC does not come with lights on the tour pack. My question is, should I be concerned about water getting in ? I followed the instructions to the T, and used the foam gaskek that sticks to the spoiler itself around the mounting base, but is that enough or should I add some siliconeto the mounting bolts inside the lead ?
