Time to replace tires on my '99 E Glide Classic. I have been through 3 sets of Metz with my softail and liked them. I have read on other internet sites that Metzler has been having some problems with their tires recently.

Any recommendations on tires for someone that is not real aggressive, but likes to hit the twisties from time to time. I will sacrifice tire milage for better handling.

I am putting a set of Michelin Commanders on my Street Glide. Since the search is not working currently all I can say is the feedback on them is excellent from anyone that commented....smooth riding, great handling and excellent mileage without the tar strip and rain groove wobblies that the Dunlops have...I will comment further after I have them installed.

 

I like Avon Venoms. Less wiggle from tar snakes/metal bridge decks.

 

Since posting this message, I have been doing some research and I found thatpeople are pretty happy with theMichelin Commander and many are getting away from the Metz. Thanks for the feedback.
