RE: Most popular Harley models
I find it funny that you posting this comment in the bagger area subjective. Had you wanted the real truth and not just a buch of old men hugging each other over their fogie cycles, you'd have posted this in the general area. At least to get a more accurate response.
And as far as # of posts making your model the best...well, what else do you old farts have to do all day other than sit around and talk about the good old days. Seeing as how most of you probably were kids before the wheel was even invented . . .

Well, at 34 I don't like to think of myself as a geezer. However, every morning that I get out of bed my body sure feels like a geezer! You just have to love what football does to the body After 17 years of sport bike riding I just purchased my first bagger. An 08 Street Glide. Always wanted a Harley and now the time was right. As soon as this stupid snow leaves, I'm looking forward to a more comfortable, relaxed ride. My wife is happy too! She loves to ride, but hated being on the back of my sport bikes. And we all know, a happy wife leads to a good life!

Seems to me the touring section to be a little more mature and helpful!
Our bikes arenot for old people, just smart people! [sm=icon_rofl.gif]

You meant that as a joke, right? I have seen more maturity in my 11 year old son compared to some post here.

[/qDon't listen to Strich. He's also been considering a touring bike lately because he's so old his back is giving out on him, and his Bob hurts him.
He's just grumpy.

The Fatboy used to be Harley's best seller. I read where the Street Glide is now the big seller. Overall the Touring family is now outselling the Softail family.I don't know if this is due to age, income or just bang for your buck. I do know I really like my Ultra.
