A few weeks ago the parts needed to build an Air Cleaner was posted. I thought I had copied it off, but an unable to find it. With the search engine not working, would someone be able to post them again?

Thanks
Ed

Big Sucker has a K&N style washable gauze filter + backplate with integrated breather tubes...just a better unit all round...for less dough!

when i worked out the cost, the big sucker came out slightly more expensive (even more if i went with the gray backplate as opposed to the chrome) and the se 'kit' is with a real k&n filter, not the k&n 'style' filter. i think it comes down to personal preference more than anything. some people have a mental block against anything hd (as far as parts) while others want nothing other than hd on their rides. they're both fine units (i think, not really had any experience with the an big sucker) so go with what you want.

Harley SE filters are now crappy white disposable paper, prone to disintegration...ask many out there how they know? You will replace it with a K&N...eventually.

thats why i used the quotes around the word kit in my post. if you buy the hard parts separately, and your k&n filter from autozone, its slightly cheaper than the an big sucker, but with genuine k&n filter (as opposed to ness' k&n style filter)

Thanks for your help. I just ordered the K&N HD-0800 filter from www.FixThisRide.comfor about $38 + $5 shipping.
