I have the ThunderHeader on my 2006 StreetBob, sounds Great and if you want to live in the 5,000 RPM range all the time, it runs great, but very little back presure.

Have the D&D Fatcat on the 2000 FLHTCI and gives good power in the 2,500 to 4,000 RPM range where most people ride on average.

I like them both, just depends on how you like to ride.

You'll notice a lot of folks saying FatCat. Must be a reason?
The best thing about the D&D's are the fit and finish. They are very clean.

That being said we have proven (on a dyno ) that a Thunderheader or a Bassani Road Rage makes more HP and TQ.

The down side to the Thunderheader is a big dip in power at about 2500. Youcan fix this with a mod to the baffle. Bosses old Fat Boy, a 117 w/130+ Hp picked up 21Hp and 20 Tq where the dip happens with this mod.

If you have a T/Header PM and I will tell you how to modify yours.

The Road Rage flat out kicks A$$!!!! Some people just dont like the look of the rear head pipe. Function over form makes power, Form over function is a comprimise!

I had the Fatcat, sounds good, runs great. I've got the Cobra 2 into 1 now. Doesn't sound as good as the Fatcat (close), but feels like it has amore low end torgue. With all that said, I've got a set of Bub 7 true duals ordered. I know I'll lose some power on the low end, but true duals just sound better than anything else to me. I think I'm going to put a 95 kit in to take care of any low end I lose. Do check out the Cobra, it's cheaper than the Fatcat, looks real good and like I said before, seems to have more low end torque..

1 more for supertrapp supermeg. I have had it on the bike for over two years now. Excelent sound and tuneability. Only problem I had was the trans clamp kept breaking. Some where on this wonderful internet a guy told me about mcmaster carr and stainless steel heavy duty clamps. I put one of them on middle of last year and have not had it break again.
