Default question for street glides?

Ok eveyone that owns a street glide do you have a detachable tour pack? Or would you think about purchasing one? I can't make up my mind. I bought the bike for that fact of the look without it but now traveling with it would be nicer. Let me know what you guys got!
Thanks,
Jason

Get this to mount the tourpack...mounts on quick detach front docking hardware...no need to have rear mount kit.

I have the QD Tour Pak. I use it on longer rides, or when I have a passenger. It's far more convenient, comfortable, and safe (when riding 2 up).

Had one for my 2000 Road King as well. I'll never own a bagger without a QD Tour Pak. They're worth every penny.

I have an Electra Glide Classic and went the other way. Had the tour pack on it and put on the detachable hardware. I love the looks of the SG, but want the option of the tour pack for traveling. I know, it's kinda of a tough call. I wish I didn't have all that hardware hanging off the back of my bike, but I switch back and fourth too much to not have it on, and it's really nice having the storage when I need it. This one comes down to what YOU want from your ride. Good luck, it's a tough call.

I have the Tour-Pak for my 2008 Street Glide and it is great for running errands, post office box, office supply shopping, some groceries, canned drinks, whatever. My wife likes it for riding, the backrest is superior to the normal backrest. Also great for locking up two $500 helmets while at a restaurant!

I'm getting one....... it pays for itself on long trips and 2 up riding. I am use to having that space for clothing etc........ detach is the only way to go....... for me.
