Is there actually some type of paint sealer that isn't just wax?

And why on earth would it cost $400???

I hate buying new. But this time it's what I want.

I guess I'll just suffer through all the "best deal we've ever given" speeches.

It just a aftermarket paint sealer that most car lots try to stick you with (chemical cost is $30.00 - think there's a mark-up there???)..... Good wax works well!!!!

 

I worked at a dealership and that is one of the biggest rip offs they have. You'd be better off with the extended warranty and not waste your money on that crap.

 

It's a rip off IMO. Just a wax job.

 

Everyone is right, leave that one alone. I fell for it once on a new car. Put the money into extended warranty.

 

......And get the undercoating too
