now I am pissed! I wasn't offered the special sealer when I bought my scoot. Maybe I can get them to throw it in for free now. LOL

 

Seems the stealerships will do anything for a buck.
$400 for a coat of wax? Nothing but a rip off.
Rideing season is just around the corner. Ask the salesman if that comes with free tire rotation and air conditioning checks?

 

Be sure to have them Scotchgard your seat, also.

Politely decline the sealer, then charge the salesman fifty bucks for making you listen to his blithering stupidity and general oxygen thievery. Your time is money, you know!

 

Don't forget the free, color matched floor mats though.

 

....reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where he ask's Elaine's boyfreind "Puddy", who's working at a Saab dealership, if undercoating is really just a rip off...his answer?..."ya...we don't even know what it is!"....

 

I have not heard of bike dealers selling paint protectors.
I did however by it for my wifes 350Z.I dont think it was a waste for the car.The paint had spots in it that would not wax out and the inner door panel had nicks on the bottom.Called the company and they sent a detail person out and got ride of the spots and a second person to fix the panel.
I would not buy this for a bike.
I would suggest using Turtlewax Ice.
