Now I just gotta figure out why I haven't bought one yet!
That black paint is how it comes from Matuza right?
How's the "flex factor" when passanger leans on it?

They have a bit more flex than the new "plastic" HD paks...not a lot.
I just went and sat on the bike, locked my heels into the passenger footpegs, and leaned back pretty hard. The lid (which is what the backrest is bolted to) flexed/moved less than a 1/4 inch.
I have read where some have experienced the Mutaza paks fatiguing, breaking, etc. Have had mine 4 month, prolly about 3500 miles on it two up. Wife is 5'9" and leans back while riding. I do not see any signs of fatigue or weakness.
I do have a steel plate on either side of the bottom of the pak where it bolts onto the rack.
I am also thinking about getting a luggage rack for the top of the pak. If I do that I will get a steel plate to put on the inside of the lid to bolt it to.

Here is a pic where you may be able to see the rubber stoppers, and this was taken before I put the Harley emblem on it.

PapaTravis, part of switching to the ultra/classic rack is going from the lay down plate the the vertical plate, which doubles as a support for the rack.

The one I got came "Vivid Black" from Mutaza.

Here are 2 more that show how the rack is mounted to the bike. I removed ny saddlebags for a better view. The rack has a steel plate that supported the police radio box, and the aftermarket tour pack holes did not line up with the rail holes. I left the plate on and drilled 4 new holes into the plate and mounted the box as shown. Again, I had to raise the box higher so the saddlebag lids would clear the tour pack. I drilled the rubber stoppers with a hand drill and placed another spacer on top of the stopper.
