What highway peg/ mount combo do you have?
I just bought an 08 FLHX and am having a hard time deciding what highway peg mounts I should buy. I like the Kuryakyn ISO pegs but there are alot of different style mounts to choose from. I haven't taken delivery of the bike yet so I can't really get a good idea of what would work best. What works for you and why? Thanks in advance for your input!

I just put on the passenger foot boards on my 08 FLHX. I moved the former passenger pegs to the front engine gaurd to be used as highway pegs. I went with the short adjustable mounts.
Looks cool as hell and was a great 2 day ride with highway pegs again.
Will try to post some pics on the weekend.

Depends on how tall you are and what you want them for. I am 5'8" and run the Kuryakyn Longhorn Offset Duallys. I don't really use them as highway pegs though. I use them more as a substitute for forward controls. I have them positioned near the floorboards so I can rest my heels on the boards and my toes on the pegs. I have had this same set-up on four different bikes. Literally. Each time I have bought a new bike I had them swap the crashbar so I wouldn't have to go through repositioning the pegs again.

I have the HD Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting Kit - 360 Degrees (Part # 50832-07A) and love them. I almost never change them, but getting them in the "just right" position is so much easier with the adjustable mounting kit.
