Default lowering 95 Ultra

Last year I sent my seat off to Alan @Mean City. Took some foam out and lowered it abit for me. I also put the 1 1/2" lowering kit on the rear. At a stop I can just touch with both feet if wearing my boots, running shoes is a little tough. I prefer to have my right up on the brake but having gout in my left foot it is sometimes hard to put an awful lot of weight on it. I would like to lower my bike just abit more. I will probably do the front forks to level it off but what else are my choices. Is their a lower profile tire, or should I go with the shorter shocks.

Any other ideas appreciated,

I did the same mod to my 95 Ultra. I then put on 16" shocks. That was too much; the pipes would drag in sharp cornering. I'm not talking about really high lean, but the average about you do in a right turn pull out. Don't lower it any more. Get a Heritage or other low seat model.
