Bubba,

Sounds like some great upgrades. Glad to see your going with a SERT. So many disappointed people here running the stage I or II download.

If you are going to stick with harley cams I'd go with the 203's vs Stock. They have a bunch of low end torque but really kick in nice around 3000 rpms. They are bolt in too with no mods.

I would go with the Andrews TW21G or 26G gear cam setup. Both are low/mid cams with the 21 being a little better lower. Both these cams will be very nice in an 88" bagger.

I would think this over real carefully. 2 years ago I took some advice, 95" 203 cams a little headwork v&h slip-ons se air cleaner stage 1 download. I was happy with the power increase for about 2 days then the urge for more power set in. 95" HQ heads SE 257 cams roller rockers springs push rods, another small bucket full of money. That lasted until this winter now stroker throttle body and who knows what else. Point is don't be shy get a little more power than you think you need, it's cheaper that way.

S&S 510G will work great for what you want now, and will work even better down the road with Big Bore and head work if you ever want to go that route.

I was looking at the 95"Big Bore kit that Harley has for a Grand.
Very tempting my concern is how much is the Labor going to cost.

Not for sure but I wouldn't think it would be all that much. I think the labor charge for my build was $600.00 that included two different Dyno session's, and I got a one year warranty.

I agree, go with the 26G and it also will work if you decide to go with big bore at a later time.[sm=exactly.gif]
