95" Build
I called a local shop today to see about getting a 95” kit done in my bike and they quoted me $2400 out the door. This included the boring of my current cylinders, flat top pistons, 37g cams (with all parts etc…), dyno pulls before/after with custom tune, new SE pushrods and all gaskets/misc parts.
They claim 90+ hp and 105+ tq with guaranteed durability. They would also do the break in on the dyno so I could just get on and ride.
What do you guys think?

RE: 95" Build
20-24 hrs @90 an hr =18-2160 just to R&R at Chicago labor rates if parts sre included then I'd say that is fair if you trust them? Some where in here there is a post about a 2400 quote and by the time of pick up it was 4500 so just be sure there are know hidden cost. Ask for references or hang around and ask patrons about their service Dept.
Me Personally INDY SHOP however dyno time can really add up fast...
DO YOUR HOME WORK ALL ANSEWERS ARE HERE IN THIS FORUM!!!! IF SEARCH IS STILL HOSED USE GOOGLE or YAHOO AND ADD hdforums.com after question

You really need to find out if headwork is included to determine if it's a good deal AND that you will get the results you want. What compression would your builder estimate you end up with? I'm guessing it would be around 9.5:1 or slightly lower.
90/105 is very achievable, but will be difficult if parts are just thrown at it. 37's are kind of a picky cam. You need just the right amount of compression, too much and they become ping monsters, not enough and the results aren't there. There are other cams out there that are more forgiving, yet yield as good or better results. The HQ line of cams are known performers. The Andrews 26 is also a very good cam that works well with no headwork, probably won't get 105 tq with it, but the pull down low will be exceptional.
What are your goals for the build? Riding style? Loaded and 2-up the majority of the time?
There is a ton of good information on here from very knowledgable people.
