Same problem. I used an FBI rear wheel and have to remove the rear rotor before I can remove the rear wheel. Pain in the butt!
I solved the rough running issue last year when I read the fine print on the S&S VFI instructions where you have to use a different TPS sensor...duh, I should have read the first time.
