Dalton and the boys trying to help me out here on the running rich problem, here is the link on the Dyno sheet from Trask in Phx. Hope it's not to small.

Nice tq curve, but there is no AFR trace on the bottom..Cant really tell if its rich or not. Also the top numbers wont say why your mpg is bad, but the 20-30 percent throttle traces will..

I agree, unfortunately there is no fuel trace so really hard to tell. Check with your tuner to see if they do have a fuel trace at maybe different throttle positions.
