While i was trying to get history on the bike i am buying i made a discovery. You guys might have known, but i didnt. You can call HD customer service in Milwaukee and they will run a vin for you and tell you where the bike was originaly sold, and any add ons that were done at the dealer before or during purchase. Then I called the original dealer and the gave me the service history up untill 3k miles ago.
Definatly something to keep in mind if you plan on buying a used Harley.

 

A dealer can also do what you called Milwaukee for. Only ones that cannot are the ones not on the HD system which is called TALON/HDNET.The computer used shares all data.
