RE: Ipod Shuffle connection
I don't have a picture but Imade a little pocket out of canvas and other material that holds the shuffle charging baseand the shuffle so I can use the plug off the base to plugstriaght into my USB on the stereo. This way the shuffle is charging at all times. My little pocket has velcro strap that mounts right to my handles bars and I take the excess cord and wrap it around the shuffle and it's base and slide it into the pocket I made for it. All you see is the cord coming out and it looks very nice if I don't say so myself. If you want to see what I did let me know and I will put up a picture for you when I get home from work. Thanks

RE: Ipod Shuffle connection
My experiences have been to not put the iPod in the fairing pocket (I have a Road Glide). The vibaration causes you to have to reset the iPod. I found that a tank bag has enough shock absorbtion that it seems to work. I recently picked up a iTouch and will wait to see what my issues with this is. I emailed HD a few times and asked if there was a plan to ever add the iDock connection to the stock HD radio but have yet to hear from them. This would be an ideal setup but then I think Sirrius should be offered along with XM as well. It seems I dream too much.

RE: Ipod Shuffle connection
I have a sansa clip $44 and i use double stick tape to the dash and the 6" cord from radio shack. I saw those fittings but worried about it getting bounced or breaking it trying to change songs. The sansa clip is just as small but has a screen to show you the music. You might want to use a little piece of string just so you don't lose it.
