Get the Lasik! That way you can wear whatever you want to.

I bought my Pantoptix at Las Vegas Bikefest last year and then took them to the guy that does prescriptions and had the Day/Nights with my script. They get clearer and darker than Pantoptix day/nights. However when I am riding towards the sun and it is low in the sky they are not dark enough.

 

I have these sunglasses. You get an insert that is your perscription, then pop them into th inside of the frame. Nobody can se your glaases that are attached to the inside of the frame. Te benefit is you get the wrap around protection of the glasses. I actuall bought two pairs.
