Default Who switched to synthetic and when?
Going to be getting my 1000 mileservice in April and wondering if it's a good idea to switch to synthetic or to leave it. Haven't read too much info on either or when it comes to Harley's...thanks to anyone who can answer!

1,000 mile service. When I went to the dealer I took 4 quarts of Mobil 1 VT 20-50 and 1 quart of Redline Severe gear for the tranny. Had them put HarleyPerformance + in the primary. Been doing it myself every since. Over 15,000 miles since the middle of May, 07 and it's running great!
