Both of those devices use a separate radio, it is not built in. Both of them are a small box into which you can plug several things, like radio, mp3 player, mobile phone, satnav, etc. You should find an autocom or starcom dealer offers a selection of recommended radios with all the necessary cables, so you buy everything you need in one go.

This thread is a year old! Ahmed just dug it up. For bike-to-bike use the autocom and starcom he mentions use radios on the free wavelengths, called Private Mobile Radio (PMR) here in the UK (there are different wavelengths and are called something different in the USA). I think bluetooth only links the headset with the communicator (autocom or starcom unit), like a cellnet phone, not the other bike.
