Your ABS has nothing to do with brake dust. Your stock brake pads do. The fix is to replace the stock pads with aftermarket ones like those from Lyndall. I replaced the stock pads on my '07 Fat Boy with Lyndalls and they dramatically decreased brake dust. I'm going to be swapping in Lyndall pads on my new bike in the near future.

Just the standard ol brake dust from the Brambo brake pads.... You'll get lots of suggestions on different brake pads... all claim to be better then the stock pads... Just be careful not to blame the dust on the ABS... Most members here are kinda biased when it comes tothe ABS.. Just be glad you have the ABS or you might just be left out of the ABS brotherhood. Only members who have the ABS can discuss the ABS... All others will be blackballed.

You can order the Lyndall's from your dealer through Drag Specialties. I haven't checked yet to see if Drag has the Lyndall's for the 08 Brembo's yet. I do know that they have pads for the Brembo brakes, just not sure which ones.
