Default Key FOB

This am, I backed my FLHTCI out of the garage and started the engine, realized that I didn't set the house alarm. Left the scoot running and using the house key on the FOB chain , went back into the house and set the alarm. Too make a long story short, I arrived at the post office and powered the scoot off. Reaching into my pocket to lock it up, I realized when setting the house alarm, I set the FOB down!

Luckly the tour pak wasn't lock, I located the manual and disarmed the security.

One dumb old man!

Glad to see I'm not the only old man doing that trick!!

At least you had the "code number" with you!

You're not the first nor will be the last. Glad to hear you had a happy ending. I wonder how many people know the their codes or how to enter them.

What happens if you don't have your manuals?... I lost mine in my accident. How do I get another one and what exactly does it let me do?

Your security systems can be armed or disarmed by clicking a code using your right and left turn signals. A code is set at the factory which you should change. Your operators manual will show you how to do that. If you lost yours, you should be able to pick one up at your dealers.

Hey guy find someone that just bought a new bike there're two cards in the back of the manual that explains how it's done. But since you lost your manual go to the stealer and buy a new one. If I lived closer I would send you my extra card.

How did you set the alarm to self arm itself when the motor is shut off?
My Ultra is still set up where I have to arm it manually.

Haven't done that one yet, but did leave the gas cap from my 08 Ultra at the gas station. Had to get another from the dealer for about 12 bucks.
