On the 06 here's how to set the Auto Arm.
1 Turn Ign ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON
2 Press left turn switch 2 times release Confirmation 2 flashes
3 Press and hold key fob until confirmation is received Confirmation 1 flash turn signals
4 Press and hold key fob until confirmation is received ( No I didn't read this line twice ) Confirmation 2 flashes turn signals
5 Press left turn switch 1 times and release Confirmation 1 flash auto arm disabled 2 flashes auto arm enabled
6 Press and release left turn switch to advance through options
7 Turn ign off

As soon as the stealer explained how the system worked on my 08 SG, I knew I had to go home and learn how to pick my own code and figure out how to enter it on the fly. It is so easy once you follow the steps in the owners manual. Don't get caught miles from home without your fob and not know how to manually enter it..
P.S. Does anyone with the siren have myproblem??? About every 5th time I get on the bike with the fob in my pocket, the alarm will scream one warning before it disarms and lets me start it.. Maybe a bad fob or something??? OR maybe its the usual answer.. it's normal... Hehe.

If you have not changed your code on an 07 and up hd. You are leaving your bike unprotected from crooks. My dealer stressed this. All are the same from the factory. Change it to be safer.

Also the push button gas cap lock is a good investment..(I don't need to explain why.)
