It's been a couple of years but I purchased from American-Thunder, an ebay seller--lexan, CNC cut, large variety of heights/shapes/tints--under 30 USD.

I put an 8" Dark Sunglass Grey on my Street Glide. Absolutely love it. $38 (including shipping) to my door in about 3 days.

I'll buy from Jim again when I go for a 10". No doubts. Fast, friendly, reliable, and great price. Can't go wrong with Fastaire.

My only wish is that he'd do something like the Clearview Recurve. Maybe in time? =)
