RE: While I was at the dealership signing the papers...
I met the guy and his wife that had owned my 2002 Springer and it was pretty cool
listening to all the lies he told me about the bike LOL!!!
Just kidding it was really cool to hear about where he had ridden the bike and why he had added certain mods etc.
It was also cool since you don't hear much of the inside info from the Dealer
about a used bike. This guy really hardly rode it in my opinion. 8800 miles in 6
years?? Barely broken in!!
He and his wife bought matching SG's.

This is the Street Glide that I traded in on the RG back in July. It has been on the floor since then. Minus a month that it was out on loan to a guy who had a 2nd blow SE Ultra engine. I just happen to know that guy.
My brother (whom I haven't spoken to in years) bought one of my bikes that I traded in. He didn't find out it was mine until he was sealing the deal. He ended up trading it back in and I happen to stop by the dealership the day it was being delivered to someone else.

just curious, with the beating most get when trading in, why did you decide to go that route instead of selling yourself,or had you already tried that route.since it sold that fast it had to be in good condition and I am sure the dealer/stealer didn't hurt himself, warranty maybe?
