Default Kuryakyn 1456 - Mirrors

Did some searches, but have not seen any threads on anyone who has bought these mirrors that are mounted on the inner faring. I would like to get a pair for my 2006 Street glide. Was hoping someone may have purchased them and can provide any input. Would like to know what they think of the look and feel and find out if their are any vibration problems with them....

Thanks

They are the direct replacement for the existing mirrors on the Street Glide. They are made to widen the view by extension. They are chrome extend slightly outside the fairing. My view is partially blocked by by handlebar and shoulder as I ride down the road.

They can also be mounted on other touring bikes, but required a modification.

take a look at my pics. just put these bad larrys on my SG. big kudos. their adjustment range is about 4 times the stock mirrors. they are easy to install and the fitment is perfect. i have nothing but good things to say about these.

sorry, that was a slang term. no such thing as a bad larry...lol the ones on my bike are the ones referred to in this thread. if you want a set, the best place to get them is at www.motosport.com they are discounted and because they are over $100 they will send them to you 2 day fedex free of charge. doesnt get much better than that.

Just purchased mine last night on E-bay. It cost me $177 and $12 shipping 2nd day air. I should have them on the bike by the end of the week. (if I get my bike back from the indy) I will take some pictures and let you know how they came out. After reading about the 575 bars blocking the view I decided to get them. I'm more concerned about the wiring of the led's on the tips.

Rock92 - Nice Glide man. This is the first time I've seen the finished product.

I couldn't tell for sure from the picture, are those Chubby's 575 bars. Is that why you had to go with the different mirrors?Mine are supposed to arrive today, and I've been wondering what I was going to do about the mirrors, but I was just going to wait until I got the bars mounted. After seeing yours, I think I have my answer.
